Our membership of the Law Society of Ireland ensures our adherence to best practice requirements. This membership requires our firm to keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge and practice areas in line, with current legislation. Our association with the Midlands Bar Association and Dublin Solicitors Bar Association gives our practice an opportunity for peer review and thus ensures that we remain at the cutting edge of legal practice by keeping abreast of current changes and developments. In 2010 Marguerite became a Member of the Faculty of Notaries Public, a sought-after achievement.
We have successfully represented our clients in Court, from District Court through to the Circuit Court, High Court and the Supreme Court. We have also guided our clients through legal issues which have involved the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court. However, we no longer provide services in the Employment Law fora due to the appointment of Marguerite Buckley as an Adjudicator with the WRC.
