Buckley and Company has a reputation of excellence and strong commitment to our clients. Our solicitors’ practice in Mullingar was founded by principal solicitor Marguerite Buckley in 2000. The practice has continued to expand due to our highly impressive track record and our commitment to providing clients with a professional and personal service.
Our solicitor’s office is ideally located at 14 St. Loman’s Terrace in Mullingar (beside Penny’s) and parking is available outside. Our office team will handle any initial enquiry and will arrange an appointment with our legal team if required. All legal options and the procedures will be explained clearly and informatively, and we will assist you to make the best decisions regarding your affairs.
Associations with Legal Bodies in Ireland
Our membership of the Law Society of Ireland ensures our adherence to best practice requirements, including keeping our knowledge and practice areas up to date with current legislation. Our associations with the Midlands Bar Association and Dublin Solicitors Bar Association gives our practice an opportunity for peer review and thus ensures that we remain at the cutting edge of legal practice by keeping abreast of current changes and developments. In 2010 Marguerite became a Member of the Faculty of Notaries Public, a solid and sought-after achievement.
We have successfully represented our clients at Court, from District Court through to the Circuit Court, High Court and the Supreme Court. We have also guided our clients through legal issues which involved the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court. However, we no longer provide services in the Employment Law fora due to the appointment of Marguerite Buckley as an Adjudicator with the WRC.
Legal issues arise in all areas of life and we can assist with most of them. Should you require a meeting with a solicitor please telephone us and an appointment can be arranged.
