MARGUERITE BUCKLEY
Marguerite Buckley obtained a BCL from University College Cork in 1993 and has been practising law since. She completed her training with Michael Purcell and Sons Solicitors in Macroom, Co. Cork and then proceeded to gain experience with larger firms before establishing Buckley & Company Solicitors in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath in 2000.

Lecturing and Public Presentations
Lecturing and teaching is another area that Marguerite is passionate about. An engaging public speaker, she has lectured on the Accounting Technicians Courses of Business and Company Law.
Marguerite has specialised in Employment Law and in 2014 she was appointed an external Adjudicator with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). She has continued to lecture on employment law and has lectured at the Law Society of Ireland, The Midlands Bar Association and the WRC.
ANNE LORDAN
Anne Lordan received an honours Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from UCD in 1990 and a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) from the Smurfit Business School in 1991. Having undertaken her apprenticeship with Flynn & Co in Dublin she qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has practised since then in Dublin and in the Midlands.
Anne has worked in all areas of the law dealing with personal injury and commercial litigation, residential and commercial conveyancing and probate. She has dealt with cases as varied as representing government agencies in Childcare matters to acting on behalf of Hepatitis C survivors in their claims for compensation.

Anne has special interest in advising Clients on Probate and Education matters and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Education law with the Law Society of Ireland.
EMMA McCORMACK
Emma has worked for Buckley and Company since 2003 and qualified as a legal executive in 2018.
She is a member of The Irish Institute of Legal Executives.
She has extensive practical experience handling client in the areas of personal injury, conveyancing, probate and landlord and tenant matters.
She is responsible for the practicalities of progressing a given legal transaction, assisting the solicitors in the firm.
